Bastina
It is a more complex and aged wine with the potential for many years of preservation. Wine that is also obtained from grapes of the Malvasia variety by selecting the healthiest bunches. In order for the grapes to give the wine all its complexity, this wine underwent an extended maceration of 5 days with frequent aeration without any use of sulfur. The wine obtained in this way was stored in large wooden barrels where it developed for at least a year on its own yeasts into the wine that is offered to you at the table today. It is a wine with a complex aroma reminiscent of dry stone fruits and spices, while the dry taste gently cleanses the palate and calls for another glass. Therefore, this wine is ideally combined with dishes such as pasta with truffles, long stewed chicken shugo, various cheeses and the like.
