Malvazija Istarska, the trademark of the house to which we pay the most attention. It is created by combining three Malvasias from different types of soil and location. These are the well-known positions of northwestern Istria since ancient times, starting from the southern hills around Buje, skirting Brtonigla and going down to the red soil of the Umaška coast.

The white soil gives us softness and harmony, the red soil gives the wine intensity and strength as the character of the winegrower who cultivates it, while the black soil gives the wine fullness and structure. Therefore, on the one hand, our Malvasia is decorated with fruity scents with an emphasis on white flowers and citrus flowers, and at the same time, it has a delicate and harmonious taste rich in minerals. It is ideally combined with fish dishes, seafood and various pastas.
